Go past church and continue abt 1-1/2 to 2 miles and turn left onto Clint Drive. Follow dirt road abt. 1/4 mile. Notes by jcd:
This little cemetery is on land that once belonged to Stephen Harrelson (born c1800), and still belongs to some of his descendants. Stephen was a son of the Benjamin Harrelson who died in 1840. Stephen Harrelson conveyed lands in this area in the mid 1800s to several of his children. The identity of the two Harrelson children buried here was not known by the family members who live nearby. Obedia "Bedie" (Harrelson) Huggins (a descendant of Stephen) has a child buried in this cemetery. The family said the old house nearest the paved road had been Bedie's home. All this tends to indicate this is probably the old Stephen Harrelson graveyard. Even if Stephen is buried elsewhere it is certainly the graveyard once used by one or more of his descendants. However no other graveyard is known to be on Stephen's lands.
