Note from Victoria:
Wilson CONNER (1838-1902) served as a Private in Co. H (recruited from Marion County),
1st SC Inf. Rifles (Orr's Regiment of Rifles) and
is buried in the Spears-Eden Cemetery in Marlboro County, SC
Jeremiah H. LEE - have not yet located CSA information on him, but his wife,
Isabella LEE (1832-1867), daughter of Sarah and Duncan DOUGLAS, is buried in an unnamed
cemetery near Clio, SC. Husband's name is given as: "J.W. LEE" and one
J. W. Lee served as a Private in Co. I, 10th Regiment Infantry (Marion County).
James W. SMITH - have not yet located CSA information on him, but he and his wife are
purportedly buried in Mt. Holly Cemetery in Dillon, SC.
