Mrs Mary Haselden
Pamplico--Mrs Mary Beulah Allen Haselden, 74, widow of Hampton Berry Haselden, died Wednesday in a Florence hospital after a long illness.
Funeral arrangements will be announced by Stoudenmire Funeral Home.
She lived in Florence until 1949 and for the past 17 years had lived with a daughter, Mrs Mildred Finklea in Pamplico.
Mrs Haselden was born in Latta, a daughter of the late Benjamin Franklin and Mary Roberts Allen. She was a member of Pamplico Baptist Church, and the Ladies Society of the Brotherhood of Locomotive, Firemen and Enginemen.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs A G (Mildred) Finklea of Pamplico, and Mrs M L (Aileen) Dail of Buffalo, NY; two sons, Clyde LeRoy Haselden of Easton, Pa., and Dr Kyle E Haselden of Evanston, Ill; a sister, Mrs E J Tart of Charleston; two brothers, Bruce E Allen of Lumberton, NC., and Luther Allen of Mullins; and nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
