Mrs Leila H Hargrove

Dillon---Mrs Leila Herring Hargrove, 74, widow of Sam Hargrove, died Friday in a local hospital following a brief illness.

Funeral services will be Sunday at 3pm in the Church of Christ, with burial in Riverside Cemetery.

Mrs Hargrove was born in Dillon County, a daughter of the late George and Mary Jane (Norton) Herring. Surviving are three sons, Lacy and Luther Hargrove of Dillon and James Hargrove of Thomasville, NC.; three daughters, Mrs Elizabeth Bridges, Miss Margaret Hargrove, and Mrs Esther Caulder of Dillon; and a brother, Fred Herring of Dillon.

Cottingham Funeral Home is in charge.
