Sarah Turbeville Lee, age 71, died Sunday July 8 2001 at Mcleod Regional Medical Center in Florence, SC.

Mrs. Lee was born in Dillon on July 14, 1929, a daughter of the late John Henry and Blanche Jones Turbeville. A homemaker and retired bookkeeper, Mrs Lee was a member of the Dogwood Club and the Latta Baptist Church. She was married to the late Vondell Lee.

Funeral services will be conducted 3:00 pm Wednesday July 11, 2001 at Latta Baptist Church, with burial in Magnolia Cemetery, directed by Kannaday's Funeral Home in Latta.

She is survived by sons, Tommy (Sue) Lee of Dillon, Keith Lee of Seattle Washington, Steve (Wanda) Lee of Williamsburg Va, ; daughters Debbie (Cecil) Collins of Florence, Cathy (Bonell) Arnette of Dillon, ; 11 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends Tuesday evening July 10, 2001 from 7 until 9 pm at the funeral home in Latta.
