Marilyn Townsend Rogers

Rowland, NC---Graveside srevices for Marilyn Townsend Rogers were held Friday, July 13 in the Rowland Cemetery directed by Cooper Funeral Home.

Ms Rogers, 52, died Tuesday, July 10, 2001 in McLeod Regional Medical Center after injuries sustained in an accident.

Born in Dillon County, January 16, 1949, she was the daughter of the late Euwin Townsend and Elizabeth Adelle Murray Townsend. She was a Dietician with St Eugene Medical Center and attended Mt Zion Baptist Church.

Survivors include her daughters, Kay (Ernest, Jr) Turner of Rowland and Fay (Jim) Dent of Rowland; sisters, Carolyn Townsend of Rowland and Blanche Ellwanger of Rowland; grandson, James Aaron Dent of Rowland.
