In the name of god Amen I Moses Blanton of Horry being weak in body but of a sound disposing mind and memory contitute this my last will and Testament first I most Humbly bequeath my Soul to God my maker beseeching his gracious acceptance of it my burial I desire to be decent as to such worldly goods as God has been pleased to blefs me with I will and bequeath as follows first it is my will that all my just debts be paid Item I will and bequeath to my beloved wife Mary the use of all my land house and plantation household and kitchen furniture stock of every kind viz that cattle sheep hogs and horses Notes and accounts that may be in my pofsesion at my decease during her natural and at her decease to be equally divided among my surviving brothers and sisters and I do hereby nominate and appoint my wife Mary executrix and James E Newsom executor of this my last will and testament revoking all former wills by me maid in witnefs my hand and Seal September the twenty third day one thousand eight hundred and forty two signed sealed published and declared in the presents of us who in the presence of each other have subscribed ourselves as witnefses
