Clerk of Court
Maintains all criminal and civil court records,
evidence; records judgements and Lis Pendens;
receives fine and restitution payments.
Family Court
Maintains Family and Juvenile Court records,
including divorces, child support and adoptions;
receives/disburses child support payments.
Probate Court
Has jurisdiction over all subject matter related
to estates of decedents, trusts (inter-vivos or
testamentary), issuane of marriage licenses,
involuntary commitment of individuals suffering
from mental illness, mental retardation,
alcoholism, drug addiction or active TB, and
wrongful death or action under the survival
statute.

where the petition was filed.
