Nesbit to McMurray Deed

Know all men by these presents that we Agness Nesbit, John G. Nesbit and Violet Nesbit of the district and state aforesaid for and in consideration of fifty dollars to me is paid by Wm H. McMurray of the district and state aforesaid have this granted bargained, sold and recinded unto the said Wmilliam H. McMurray a certain piece or parcel of land lying on the south side of Cain Creek containing five acres more or less part of the ___ of land left by William Nesbit Sen'r, dec'd to the aforementioned Agness Nesbit, John G. Nesbit and Violet Nesbit beginning at a rock on the bank of said creek a ___ of tract land sold by A. Nesbit to John McMurray and William H. McMurray ___ 391/2 W 8C 25L to an elm thence N4__ to a maple on the north side of the creek near the mouth of a branch, thence up said creek until its various ___ to the beginning. Togther with all and singular the rights h___ traments and appurtenances to the said premises belonging or in any use incident or appurtaining to have and to hold all and singular the premises before mentioned unto the said William H. McMurray his heirs and assigns forever and we do herby bind ourselves our heirs, executors and ___ to warrant and ____ all and singular the said premises unto the said William H. McMurray his heirs and assigns against ourselves and against our heirs and against any other person whom ___ claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof. In witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands and affix our seals this twentyfourth day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty five _____.
