Will of Thomas Browning
Given under my hand & seal this Fourth day of August 1824

In the Name of god Amen I Thompson Browning being Weak in Body but of Sound and
disposing mind Memory and Understanding do make and publish this my Last Will and
Testament in Manner and form following - first I give and bequath unto my Daughter
Elizabeth Lee Wife of Robert Lee Twenty five Dollars. Second I give and bequath unto
my yongest Set of Children named James, John, Nancy, Clary and Hulda to Recieve
one Hundreed Dollars as they become of Edge (age?). Thirdly I give and bequath unto
my grandson Samuel the son of my son Samuel fifty Dollars. Fourthly my will and
desire is that the Balance of my Estate both Rail and personal after Paying all my
Just Debts, be Left or kept in the hands of my Loving wife Rebekah during hur natural
Life or Widowhood, and at her death or marriage to be either sold, or divided By my Exctrs.
(The names Rebekah, Andrew Jesse have a line drawn through them) An equally among all
my children my Son Robert, Andrew and Jesse my daughter Elizabeth Lee, Secondly James,
John, Nancy, Clary, Hulda - and I do hear by nominate constitute and appoint my loving wife
Rebekah, and my Two Sons Andrew and Jesse Exctrs. of this my Last will and Testament
hereby Revoking all form or wills by me made in witnis whare of I have her unto set my hand
and Seal this 29th day of March - 1824.
Signed Sealed published and declared by the above named Thompson Browning to be
his Last will and Testament in presants of us
