Ambrose Yarborough
"I Ambrose Yarborough of Union county being of sound and disposing mind,
memory, and understanding.
I will that my executors shall make conveyances to John Bailie,
Thomas Scales and Jonathan Pinnell for the several tracts of land agreeable
to my bonds to each of them severally and take up the said notes or bonds.
It is my will that my executors may sell any part of my estate, real
or personal as they may judge proper for the paying of my just debts or the
support of my family.
After my debts and funeral expenses are paid, I give to my beloved
wife Mary all my estate, both real and personal for the support of my
children.
After her decease, the whole of my estate to be divided into five
equal parts. One for Ann Pinnell, one for Jeremiah Yarborough, Humphrey
Yarborough, John Yarborough, and Mary Yarborough.
I appoint Stephen Layton and Peter Pinnell executors.
