An Abandoned York County Cemetery

This small collection of graves is located about three miles west of McConnells, S.C. Some have imagined it to be a former cemetery of Olivet Presbyterian Church, in McConnells, but this does not seem to be the case. The contributor's grandmother, who grew up in the vicinity, always referred to it as “the old Williams Graveyard.” No Williams tombstones, however, can be found there today.
