District, SC. Jesse G. died in Spartanburg District, SC, on 25
Jan 1844; he was 50. Edwards Family Bible has death date as 25

and filed in the Spartanburgh Court of Equity (Jane Wheeler et al
vs. John Wheeler et al, Box 34 packaged 2) stated that the

them to receive them was to file this action. The plaintiffs were
the widow Jane Wheeler, David C. Wheeler, Austin Edwards and
wife Mary, Robert Gains and wife Rachel, John Staggs and wife
Elizabeth, William Wheeler, Martha Wheeler, Andrew Wheeler,
Margaret Wheeler, Nancy Wheeler, James Wheeler, Peter Wheeler
and Alexander Wheeler. The defendant was John
Wheeler.
