Novella Sherrill Flowers, 90, of Bonneau, died Monday at her residence.
The funeral will be at 3 p.m., Wednesday, at the First Baptist Church of
Bonneau. Burial, directed by RUSSELL FUNERAL CHAPEL, will be in Providence
Baptist Church Cemetery. Mrs. Flowers was born April 4, 1916 in McAdenville,
NC, a daughter of Walt Sherrill and Della Clark Sherrill. She was a member
of the First Baptist Church of Bonneau and the Order of the Eastern Star.
She was the widow of James Flowers. Surviving are a brother-David Sherrill
of Belmont, NC; daughter-in-law, Alma V. Hope of Bonneau; three grandchildren,
Kathryn Cannon of Beaver Dam; Gwen Howard of Bonneau; Robbie Hope of Macedonia;
three great-grandchildren- Travis Howard, Erica Howard and Bridget Cannon; one
great-great-granddaughter- Sheila Floyd; four step-children, Pat Flowers and
Ann Hess both of Spring Lake, NC; June Duarte of New Jersey; Melrose Krenek of
Fayetteville, NC. Friends may call at RUSSELL FUNERAL CHAPEL, Moncks Corner,
from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m., Tuesday evening. An Eastern Star service will be
held at 7 p.m. Mrs. Flowers was preceded in death by a son, Robert R. Hope.

Spencer Lane Foster, 26, of 1408 Burrell Avenue, N.W, Concord,
North Carolina, died Thursday, February 2, 2006. Born in Moncks Corner, he
was a son of Jerry Lane and Frances Lynette Guerry Foster, and the loving
husband (soul mate) of Tia Marie Burdette Foster. He was a project supervisor
for Ryan Homes Construction Co., in Concord, N.C. A graduate of Clemson
University, S.C., he served a two-year Mission in Mexico for the Church of
Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, where he was a member. Surviving,
besides his parents, of Moncks Corner, and his wife, are three sisters,
Tammy Lou Foster Stott of Logan, Utah, Deana Lynae Foster Palmer, of Lehi,
Utah, and Christina Lee Foster Fry, of Moncks Corner, and two brothers,
Neil LeGrand Foster, of Moncks Corner, and Stuart LaVell Foster, of Clemson.
Visitation will be held on Sunday from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. at Thomas McAfee
Funeral Home, Northwest, Greenville, S.C. Services will be held on Monday at
1:30 p.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 400 Farrs
Bridge Road, Greenville, S.C. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery, West,
Greenville, S.C. The family is at their respective homes. Those desiring
