Carvin Bozo Welch, 82, of Lebanon, a retired ammunitions handler
for the Army Depot, died Tuesday afternoon at the Life Care Center of Charleston.
The funeral will be 11:00 AM Friday morning, Feb. 3, 2006, in the Lebanon United
Methodist Church. Interment will follow in the Rudd Branch Cemetery. Friends may

Church and the American Legion. Mr. Welch was preceded in death by a daughter,
Hazel L. Welch. Surviving are, his wife, Rose Mary Chinners Welch; four

Mr. West was preceded in death by a sister, Betty W. Sanders, and a brother,
